Ms. Srishti Shrivastava: A Passionate Performer & Accomplished Actor

Born in Lucknow and raised in Mumbai, Ms. Srishti Shrivastava has always been deeply connected to the world of arts and storytelling. She excelled academically, topping Mass Media at Sophia College, while pursuing her passion for acting through intensive training at Drama School Mumbai.

Her theatre journey has been extraordinary, with performances across the country and a META Award for Best Supporting Actress in Shikhandi. Transitioning effortlessly into cinema, she starred in critically acclaimed films like Gully BoyMaja MaDhavak, and Gulabo Sitabo, where her performance even earned a letter of appreciation from Amitabh Bachchan.

The Speaker: Chapter 1 - Harsh Kedia

Harsh Kedia

Mr. Harsh Kedia is a chef, cookbook author, five-time TEDx speaker, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, known for blending traditional Indian sweets with modern health needs. A contestant on MasterChef India Season 8 (2023), he showcased his innovative approach to healthy cooking.

Inspired by his own journey with diabetes, Harsh revolutionized Indian desserts by using natural ingredients and sugar substitutes. His cookbook, Ultimate Sugar-Free Desserts, features the world’s first sugar-free Indian mithais, while Journal of a Serial Entrepreneur shares his culinary and entrepreneurial journey. Harsh’s diabetic-friendly, vegan, and gluten-free sweets, like gulab jamun and laddoo, are redefining traditional desserts.
