'Not By The Book'
In today’s fast-paced world, careers are not just defined by academics alone. Billabong High International School, introduces a limited series ‘Not By The Book’—a platform that empowers students and parents to explore unconventional career paths. Through this initiative, we bring together extraordinary personalities from various non-traditional professions like content creators, DJs, chefs, and more. They share their unique stories, challenges, and successes, encouraging students to think beyond the conventional career boundaries.
Mr. Harsh Kedia is not just a talented chef; he is a cookbook author, five-time TEDx speaker, Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and a passionate advocate for healthier living. Known for his creative take on traditional Indian sweets, Harsh blends culinary artistry with modern health needs. As a contestant on MasterChef India Season 8 (2023), he showcased his flair for healthy cooking with an innovative approach.
What sets Harsh apart is his personal journey with diabetes, which inspired him to revolutionize Indian desserts. By using natural ingredients and sugar substitutes, he has made it his mission to create healthy alternatives without compromising on taste. His cookbook, Ultimate Sugar-Free Desserts, features the world’s first collection of sugar-free Indian mithais, while Journal of a Serial Entrepreneur offers a peek into his culinary and entrepreneurial journey.
Harsh’s diabetic-friendly, vegan, and gluten-free sweets, like gulab jamun and laddoo, are reshaping the way we look at traditional desserts—making them both delicious and nourishing for everyone.
Be there at Billabong High International School Mulund Campus on the 15th of February, to meet Harsh in person and gain insights into his inspirational journey
